As president, Raffie will guide the way to a model Islamic community through establishments in religion, culture, education, business, health, and volunteer services. His vision is not to limit ICEB as a place of worship, it should act as a community service fulfilling the needs of the community. Mohamed Raffie Sheik Ameer was born in Chennai, India and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering. With over 20 years of IT experience as a Solution/Enterprise architect, and has multi-cultural exposure living in various countries. In 2015, he moved to Spotswood and has been involved with the Islamic Center of East Brunswick. A regular in ICEB, he supervises with construction of the masjid, oversees operations, and is heavily involved in volunteering in every aspect he has. | |
Resident of East Brunswick since 2018 with a background in IT and currently working with a leading global consulting firm. Masroor has been involved with the Administration previously holding the positions of General Secretary and Treasurer.He is also actively involved with ICEB to coordinate community sports, a Sunday school teacher and a volunteer in all the masjid operations and events. | |
Mohammad Rashid Ozair serves as the General Secretary of ICEB. With a strong commitment to community service, he brings dedication and leadership to his role.
Living in New Jersey for 25 years, Rashid has been a resident of East Brunswick since 2016. Professionally, Rashid is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Facilities and Operations department of an Ivy League University. This role adds a wealth of organizational and leadership experience to his profile.
As General Secretary, Rashid is focused on fostering unity, promoting community engagement, and supporting the various initiatives that contribute to the well-being of the members. His vision aligns with the values of ICEB, aiming to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Serajul Karim – Member Serajul Karim serves as a Lead IT Software Compliance Engineer at a leading streaming company. With a strong commitment to the community of ICEB, he actively participates in various volunteer initiatives.A resident of East Brunswick since 2013, Serajul is a US citizen, originally from Bangladesh. His educational background includes an MBA from New York, equipping him with valuable skills and insights for his professional role. As a leader in his field, Serajul focuses on driving compliance and quality within software processes. He is dedicated to fostering community engagement, particularly through his involvement with the Bangladeshi Community and ICEB, ensuring a supportive network for all members. |

Mohammed Zafrullah – Member Mohammed Zafrullah serves as the Administration Member of the Islamic Center of East Brunswick (ICEB), where he oversees the center’s IT infrastructure and services.A proud resident of East Brunswick since 2017 and a New Jersey resident for over 16 years, Mohammed brings 25 years of professional experience in the IT industry to his role. He is currently a Principal Architect at one of the nation’s leading technology firms.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to community engagement. He actively supports various initiatives within East Brunswick and across New Jersey, including interfaith Iftar programs and social causes, fostering collaboration and understanding among diverse communities.
